Welcome, VisitorLiving well can be simple. Or maybe it can only be simple. Sure, life will throw us challenges all the time, but to live well really comes down to our state of mind and our ability to be at inner peace, which then affects our attitude towards said challenges. A healthy body, cultivated by healthy habits and choices, plays a major role here, even in mental health. I like to say that body and mind are the same. After all, the brain, where the mind lives, is a part of the body. The tools to achieve this are known, and not as complicated as social media today make us think. We do have a minority of content creators in each niche calling out the fact that, in their field (think, for example, fitness), it's the very basics repeated consistently that will give most people 90% of the desired results. But consistency is the had part really. Especially given how this fast modern world has shortened our patience and attention spans. This typically makes the individual, not seeing results as fast as expected, continue to consume content in search of the next different method, never giving any single one enough time. Good results take long. Great results take even longer. We can not count on having the luck of a few who succeeded fast in whatever they did. I'm Bruno Assunção and, in this platform, I expect to talk about, and try to simplify as much as possible, subjects like nutrition and fitness (I have wrote about fitness before) but also other thoughts I might have regarding life in general.
